Our commitment

Protecting children and vulnerable learners is central to Quran Academy. All teachers undergo background checks before teaching minors. Sessions may be recorded and are accessible to parents.

SafeguardTrust features

• Auto or teacher-uploaded session recordings
• Parent observe mode for live lessons
• Platform-only messaging — all parent-visible
• No sharing of personal phone numbers or social media in lessons
• Vetted teacher badges on profiles

We respond to urgent safeguarding reports within 24 hours. Serious concerns may be referred to local authorities in the US, UK, or EU as required by law.

Designated Safeguarding Lead

Quran Academy Admin Team — contact safeguarding@quranforlife.com. A named DSL will be assigned for production operations.

Parent responsibilities

Parents should supervise young children during online sessions, use observe mode when appropriate, and report anything that makes them uncomfortable. Do not arrange off-platform contact with teachers.

Teacher code of conduct

• Professional dress and neutral background
• No private contact with minors outside the platform
• Report safeguarding issues to admin immediately
• Complete post-lesson notes including home practice guidance
