1. Agreement

By using Quran Academy you agree to these Terms. We operate a managed online Quran academy for families in the US, UK, and Europe. Lessons are delivered by vetted teachers under academy quality and SafeguardTrust standards.

2. Services

We provide live 1-to-1 Quran lessons (Qaida, Tajweed, Hifz, Arabic), parent dashboards, lesson recordings where consented, and progress tracking via the Milestone Passport.

3. Accounts & eligibility

Parents or legal guardians must create accounts for minors. You must provide accurate information. Students under 13 in the US require COPPA parental consent. UK/EU users must accept GDPR processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Packages & payment

Lessons are sold in hour packages (USD, GBP, or EUR depending on region). Hours are deducted when a completed lesson is recorded. Unused hours may expire per package terms shown at purchase. Refunds: unused hours may be refunded within 14 days of purchase minus completed lessons, unless otherwise required by local law. Contact support@quranforlife.com for billing disputes.

5. SafeguardTrust & conduct

Sessions with minors may be recorded for safeguarding. All messaging occurs on-platform and is parent-visible. Parents should supervise young children online. Harassment, sharing personal contact details to bypass the platform, or misuse of recordings is prohibited.

6. Teacher continuity

If a teacher is unavailable, we will assign a backup teacher and transfer the student learning record. We aim to do this within 48 hours for enrolled students.

7. Cancellations

Lessons cancelled with 24+ hours notice may be rescheduled without hour deduction. Late cancellations or no-shows may deduct one hour at admin discretion.

8. Limitation of liability

Quran Academy is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months for the affected student.

9. Governing law

US customers: laws of the State of Delaware. UK customers: England and Wales. EU customers: laws of your country of residence where mandatory consumer protections apply.
